• This is a digital gift card. If you require a physical gift card, please contact our store to arrange one.

• By using this gift card, you agree to the full terms and conditions outlined below.

• Discount codes and special sale offers do not apply to gift card purchases or redemptions.

• This gift card expires 12 months from the date of activation. Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.

• The expiry date is system-generated and cannot be extended or amended under any circumstances.

• The full gift card value must be redeemed in a single transaction. If you wish to use gift cards across multiple orders, we recommend purchasing multiple gift cards of smaller values.

• Gift cards are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee or exchange on unused products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will assist you. Returned/exchanged items must be unused, in original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.

Return/exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please include details of the product you would like in exchange. Processing will begin once the returned item is received.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping.

For order cancellations (change of mind, incorrect product selection, or external circumstances), the following fees apply:

Domestic card transactions: 2% of total transaction value

International card transactions: 4.5% of total transaction value

Zip/AfterPay transactions: 6% of total transaction value

PayPal transactions: refunded in full.

Postage charges vary based on total order value, weight, and delivery method. Cricket + Football Shop ships domestically via Australia Post, and internationally via DHL and Australia Post. Orders over $150+ receive FREE Shipping across Australia A flat fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $150.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

For orders outside Australia, international shipping charges apply. Overseas orders may incur import duties or local taxes, payable by the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.
