Risk of Loss
Cricket + Football Shop takes full responsibility for your order until it is safely delivered by
one of our trusted couriers.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

If a product you receive is not as described, you may return it unused within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Delivery Information
Domestic Orders (Australia)
- We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7* business days, depending on location.
- Deliveries to Brisbane, NT, Tasmania, and remote areas may take a few extra days.
International Orders
For overseas orders, we use Australia Post and DHL.
Estimated delivery times:
- Asia: 7–12* business days
- New Zealand: 5 – 9* business days
- Europe: 12–15* business days
- USA & Canada: 7–12* business days
(Customs clearance or local delays may extend these timeframes.)
Shipping Charges
- Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over $150* AUD
- Orders below $150 AUD: Flat $15*.00
- International: Charged per kilogram. Visit our Shipping Policy page for details.
Free shipping promotions apply only to Australian orders.
Returns and Warranty
Bats & Equipment
- All cricket bats come with a 12-month warranty (manufacturer’s conditions apply).
- Bats that have been prepared (knocked-in or with extratec) are non-returnable.
- Unused and unprepared bats can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Other Products
- We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy for unused items (return shipping
paid by the buyer). -
Customer satisfaction is our top priority - we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

Order Cancellations
Debit/Credit Card Payments
If you cancel your order (due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other external
reasons), the following fees apply:
- Domestic cards: 2% of total transaction value

International cards: 4.5% of total transaction value
(Includes 3% card surcharge + 1.5% currency conversion fee)
ZipPay & AfterPay Payments
For cancellations via Buy Now, Pay Later services, a 6% fee applies to cover provider
charges.
PayPal Payments
Cancellations made through PayPal are refunded in full — PayPal does not charge any
cancellation fee.
Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
If the item you receive is not as described, please contact us within 30 days.
We’ll gladly arrange a refund or exchange to resolve the issue.
Lay-by Services
Cancellation
You can cancel your lay-by anytime. However, 25% of the deposit will be retained as a
restocking and administrative charge.
Collection
Lay-by items can be collected once full payment is made and before the due date.
Buy Now, Pay Later
We offer flexible payment options via ZipPay and AfterPay.
These services let you spread payments across interest-free instalments for added
convenience.

If an order is cancelled under this method, a 6% cancellation fee applies (charged by the
payment provider).
