We are committed to providing quality products, knowledgeable advice and outstanding customer service. While we make every effort to ensure the information published on our website is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future purchases.

As a result, the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the images displayed on our website while remaining the same model and specification purchased.
Such differences do not constitute a manufacturing fault.

We continually update our inventory; however, stock levels may change rapidly.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.
All orders remain subject to product availability until dispatched.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:
- offer a suitable alternative;
- place the item on backorder;
- partially fulfil your order (with your agreement); or
- provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
Where appropriate, we will contact you before processing any alternative arrangement.

From time-to-time Cricket + Football Shop may offer promotional pricing, discount codes or special offers.
Unless expressly stated:
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- exclusions may apply to selected brands or products;
- promotions may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
9. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from Cricket + Football Shop.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order only. It does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Acceptance occurs when your goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- pricing or product information is incorrect;
- stock is unavailable;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- shipping restrictions apply;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where an order cannot be completed, any payment received will be refunded promptly.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.
Cricket + Football Shop does not store your complete credit card details.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Cricket + Football Shop partners with trusted delivery providers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.
Australian Deliveries
Unless otherwise advised, Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post or another nominated courier service.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan areas: approximately 3–7 business days
- Regional and remote areas: additional transit time may apply
- Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and remote communities may experience longer delivery times depending on courier schedules.
International Deliveries
We currently ship internationally using Australia Post, DHL or other suitable international freight providers.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- New Zealand: 5–9 business days
- Asia: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 12–15 business days
- USA and Canada: 7–12 business days
International delivery estimates do not include customs processing, import inspections or local postal delays.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes or government fees applicable in the destination country.
12. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on your delivery location, parcel size and shipping method selected.
Unless otherwise advertised:
- Standard Australian shipping is free for eligible orders over $150 AUD.
- Orders below the free shipping threshold incur the applicable shipping charge displayed during checkout.
- International shipping charges are calculated according to parcel weight and destination.
Free shipping promotions apply only where specifically stated and may exclude oversized, heavy or remote deliveries.
13. Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Cricket + Football Shop cannot accept responsibility for delays, returned parcels or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or incorrectly addressed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
14. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
However, Cricket + Football Shop accepts responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the delivery provider, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange either:
- replacement of the goods; or
- a full refund.
Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible if an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.
15. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We want you to shop with confidence.

- warranty claims;
- manufacturer warranties;
- exchanges;
- repairs;
- refund eligibility; and
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Product Warranties
Many products sold by Cricket + Football Shop include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods and conditions differ between manufacturers and product categories.
Where a warranty applies, claims will be assessed in accordance with:
- the manufacturer's warranty conditions;
- Australian Consumer Law; and
- Cricket + Football Shop's Returns & Warranty Policy.
Natural materials such as English Willow are expected to show signs of normal use over time.
Minor surface cracking, seam marks and cosmetic wear do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing fault.
17. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where cancellation is possible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to Cricket + Football Shop by the payment provider.
Current cancellation fees are:
Credit & Debit Cards
- Australian-issued cards: 2% of the transaction value
- International cards: 4.5% of the transaction value
PayPal
Orders paid using PayPal are eligible for a full refund where PayPal does not retain any processing fees.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation will instead be treated as a return under our Returns & Warranty Policy.
18. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received:
- the wrong product;
- an item that differs significantly from what you ordered; or
- goods damaged during transit,
please notify Cricket + Football Shop as soon as possible after delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or additional information to assist with our assessment.
If we determine that an error has occurred on our part, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- replacement;
- repair;
- exchange; or
- refund.
19. Buy Now, Pay Later Services
Cricket + Football Shop offers Buy Now, Pay Later payment options through selected third-party providers, including PayPal.
These services are provided entirely by the relevant payment provider.
Your agreement with the provider is separate from your purchase agreement with Cricket + Football Shop.
Customers should review the provider's own terms, fees and lending criteria before selecting these payment methods.
Where an order paid through a Buy Now, Pay Later provider is cancelled after payment has been processed, the applicable cancellation fee outlined in Section 17 will apply.
20. Loyalty Rewards
Cricket + Football Shop may offer a customer rewards or loyalty program from time to time.
Participation in any rewards program is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that program.
Unless otherwise stated:
- rewards have no cash value;
- rewards cannot be transferred to another person;
- rewards may expire if not redeemed within the applicable period;
- Cricket + Football Shop reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
