Can I get advice before placing an order?
Absolutely.
Choosing the right equipment can make a significant difference to your enjoyment and performance.
Our staff are happy to provide advice on products, sizing and equipment before you buy. You can contact us by phone, email or visit us in store.
Can I request additional product photos?
Yes.
If you'd like to see more images of a product before purchasing, contact our team and we'll do our best to provide additional photographs where available.
Orders & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most Australian orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier schedules and seasonal demand.
International delivery times vary by destination.

Which courier companies do you use?
Australian orders are generally shipped using Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners.
International orders are dispatched using Australia Post, DHL or another suitable international carrier depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
Customers with an online account may also be able to view their order status through their account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We regularly supply customers around the world.
International shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, parcel size and weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges that may apply in their country.

Cricket Bat Services
Do your bats come professionally prepared?
Many of our premium English Willow bats include complimentary professional knocking-in.
Where this service is included, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Can you prepare a bat purchased elsewhere?
Yes.
We offer a professional bat preparation service for customer-owned bats.
Current pricing and preparation details are available in our Bat Preparation Policy.
Does a knocked-in bat need further preparation?
Yes.
Professional knocking-in significantly reduces the preparation required before play, however, we still recommend gradually playing the bat in through several net sessions before full match use.
Can you repair my cricket bat?
Yes.
We offer a range of repair and refurbishment services depending on the condition of the bat.
Please contact us with photographs and a description of the damage so we can recommend the most suitable repair.
Can I order a custom cricket bat?
In many cases, yes.
We can assist with custom orders from selected manufacturers.

Returns & Warranty
What happens if my product is faulty?
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll assess the issue and work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes.
Most unused products may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are in original condition.
Please refer to our Returns, Warranty & Exchanges Policy for full eligibility requirements.
Can prepared cricket bats be returned?
Because professional bat preparation is a customised service, bats that have been knocked-in or fitted with an Extratec protective facing cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
