This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Cricket + Football Shop, operated by Strachan Sports Pty Ltd ATF Strachan Family Trust ("Cricket + Football Shop", "CFS", "we", "our" or "us").
This policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders throughout Australia and internationally. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns, Warranty & Exchanges Policy.
1. Our Delivery Commitment
We aim to dispatch every order promptly and ensure it reaches you safely using trusted freight providers.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, order size, delivery location and courier network conditions.
Where unexpected delays occur, we'll keep you informed and work to minimise any disruption.
2. Domestic Shipping
Cricket + Football Shop ships orders throughout Australia using Australia Post and selected courier partners.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Standard shipping is $15.00 (including GST).
- Standard shipping is free for eligible Australian orders over $150 AUD.
- Eligible free shipping discounts are automatically applied during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 7 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery estimates may vary due to:
- regional location;
- weather events;
- public holidays;
- peak shopping periods;
- courier network delays;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Regional & Remote Deliveries
Deliveries to some regional and remote locations may require additional freight charges due to carrier pricing.
This may apply to areas including:
- regional Western Australia;
- Northern Territory;
- regional Queensland;
- remote Australian communities.
If additional freight charges apply, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.
4. Oversized & Bulky Freight
Some products require specialised freight because of their size, weight or handling requirements.
Examples include:
- team kit bags;
- large cricket bags;
- bowling machines;
- cricket nets;
- stumps;
- training equipment;
- bulk purchases;
- oversized sporting equipment.
These items may not qualify for standard or free shipping offers.
Where additional freight charges apply, we'll contact you before processing your order so you can approve the additional shipping cost.
5. Express Shipping
Express delivery is available for many Australian destinations.
Availability depends on:
- delivery postcode;
- product dimensions;
- parcel weight;
- courier service availability.
Express shipping charges are calculated using current carrier rates and will be displayed during checkout where available.
If you require urgent delivery, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
6. Bat Preparation & Dispatch Times
Express delivery only affects the transport of your parcel.
It does not reduce the time required to prepare products before dispatch.
Where your order includes services such as:
- professional knocking-in;
- bat oiling;
- Extratec fitting;
- bat preparation;
additional workshop time will be required before dispatch.
Our standard preparation time is approximately 2–3 business days.
We do not shorten or rush this process, as doing so may compromise the quality of the preparation.
7. Dispatch Timeframes
Most in-stock orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been successfully received.
Dispatch times may vary depending on:
- stock availability;
- product preparation;
- order size;
- seasonal demand;
- public holidays;
- courier collection schedules.
If your order is delayed for any reason, our team will contact you as soon as practical.

9. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
This email will include tracking information so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey.
Customers with an online account may also be able to view order status through their customer dashboard.
10. Optional Shipping Protection
Additional delivery services may be available upon request, including:
- signature on delivery;
- additional carrier insurance;
- delivery cover for high-value purchases.
These services are subject to availability and carrier pricing.

11. International Shipping
Cricket + Football Shop ships selected products internationally.
International orders may be sent using Australia Post, DHL or another suitable international freight provider depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

13. Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any:

Cricket + Football Shop has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or refund them.
Customers should familiarise themselves with local import regulations before placing an international order.
14. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Cricket + Football Shop accepts responsibility for your order until it has been delivered by the nominated carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll work with the freight provider to investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- replacement goods;
- reshipment; or
- a refund.
If your tracking information indicates the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so we can assist with enquiries through the carrier.
15. Delivery Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at the time of ordering.
Cricket + Football Shop cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional freight charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
