Refund Policy for Cancellations
Debit/Credit Card Payments
For cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or external factors beyond our control, the following fees apply:
- Domestic card transactions: 2% of the total value
- International card transactions: 4.5% of the total value (includes 3% card fee + 1.5% currency conversion)
Zip & Afterpay Payments
A 6% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.
PayPal Payments
For PayPal orders, 100% of the amount will be refunded - PayPal does not charge cancellation fees.
These charges exist because payment service providers charge non-refundable fees to Cricket + Football Shop on each transaction.
