CFS do not hold stock of custom apparel. All custom orders are made to order and typically take 5–6 weeks to produce from the time they are submitted for production. Orders are usually sent to production every week, depending on order volumes. Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email.

Warranty Policy

Custom Apparel Warranty Policy
As all custom apparel is made specifically to your order, we do not offer returns, exchanges,
or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or club-approved design choices.
Please ensure all sizes, names, numbers, logos, and artwork are reviewed carefully before
production approval and order placement.
We provide a warranty against manufacturing faults and printing defects for 15 days from the
date of delivery. This includes issues such as faulty stitching, defective garments, or print
defects resulting from the manufacturing process. Claims relating to normal wear and tear,
improper washing, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 15 days of
receiving your order with photos and order details. Once assessed and approved, we will
repair, replace, or provide an appropriate resolution. If the issue is determined to be our
error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

CUSTOM APPAREL SHIPPING

Custom apparel delivery timeframes vary depending on order size, production schedules, and seasonal demand. Once artwork and order details are approved, production will commence, and estimated delivery timeframes will be provided.

Club orders are shipped in bulk to the nominated club or collection point for team distribution. Players can collect their items directly through their club where applicable.

Individual delivery can also be arranged upon request; however, a standard delivery fee of $20.00 per individual order applies. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or express shipping requests.
